ANTHONY VAN TULLEKEN was born in Toronto, Canada and studied Industrial Design at the Ontario College of Art.

Following work as an Exhibition Designer and Project Co-ordinator with Canadian Government Pavilions at the Expo 67 World’s Fair, he was awarded a scholarship for postgraduate studies in product design at the Royal College of Art.

After graduating in 1970 he worked for several design groups in and around London before starting his own practice, Anthony van Tulleken Associates. During this period he won two British Design Awards. He also spent a number of years teaching art twice a week in the psychiatric ward at Wormwood Scrubs.

Following his retirement Anthony has continued painting and sketching prolifically.

He spends most of his time in London and at the family cottage in Go Home Bay, Ontario.
